Architectural Program

Team Nopantington was retained to propose a commercial development for a site at 1254 E US 224. We seek to develop a place for people, particularly those of student ages, to have fun. We hope for it to be a fairly safe way for local youth to enjoy themselves in a recreational activity. It must be a maximum of two stories and no more than 15,000 square feet, and it must be entirely within the 5.11 acre property. We have decided on a roller rink with an arcade and a small concessions stand.
